    Do I need to connect my Google account?

    No. The scan only uses public data from your Google Business Profile. Connecting is only needed if you want to reply to reviews from inside RecensioAI.

    The scan pulls public profile data through the Google Places API and analyses it with a language model. The reply rate is calculated over the reviews the API returns (a sample of your most recent reviews), not over your full history.

    Competitors are selected on primary category and city. Benchmark values come from our analysis of public profiles of local businesses in Western Europe and the US. They are guidelines, not predictions.
