RecensioAI integrates with Zapier and Make. If your system is not in our list, you connect it yourself: pick your own app as the trigger (new order, new booking, invoice paid) and send the customer to RecensioAI. That covers more than 6,000 apps without a line of code.

Setting up Zapier / Make
These are exactly the steps you see in the app under Settings → Integrations.

Copy the link below (the Copy button).

Go to zapier.com, click Create → Zap, and choose your own app as the first step (for example: new order, new booking, invoice paid).

As the second step choose "Webhooks by Zapier" → POST, and paste our link in the field called URL.

Drag your customer's name, email and mobile number into the fields with the same names, then click Publish.

Come back here and press Test. As soon as the first customer comes through, you see it confirmed.
From Zapier / Make to a new review
Step 1
Customer visits
A guest dines with you, a customer pays, or a job gets completed.
Step 2
Your system reports it
Your POS, reservation system or CRM sends that customer to RecensioAI.
Step 3
Review request goes out
By email or SMS, at the moment you set — never too early.
Step 4
Review or private feedback
The customer chooses: a public review, or feedback straight to you.
Step 5
Reply and follow-up
AI drafts the reply in the customer's own language, and you keep the contact for later.
Questions about the Zapier / Make integration
- Is RecensioAI in the Zapier directory?
- We have a Zapier app with the Send Review Request action. You can also always use Webhooks by Zapier with your personal connection link, which works today.
- Does Make (Integromat) work too?
- Yes. Any tool that can send an HTTP POST works with the same connection link.
- Is this integration included in my plan?
- Yes. Every integration is included in every plan, from $47 per month. There is no extra charge per integration.
- Where is the customer data stored?
- In the EU. We only receive name, email address and mobile number — enough to send one review request. Customers can opt out in one click.
