Setting up Google Calendar
These are exactly the steps you see in the app under Settings → Integrations.

In Zapier (free) click Create → Zap and pick Google Calendar → "Event Ended" as the first step.

Choose the calendar where you plan customers.

Second step: "Webhooks by Zapier" → POST, paste our link, map the guest email and name. Publish.

Only invite customers with their email address — no email means no request.

- Is this integration included in my plan?
- Yes. Every integration is included in every plan, from $47 per month. There is no extra charge per integration.
- Where is the customer data stored?
- In the EU. We only receive name, email address and mobile number — enough to send one review request. Customers can opt out in one click.
