RecensioAI integrates with Resengo. In Resengo you switch on a webhook for completed reservations and paste our link. Guests who actually showed up get a review request a few hours later; no-shows and cancellations are skipped.
How RecensioAI connects to Resengo
Connection type: webhook (copy and paste). You set it up once and it keeps running without you touching it.
Some Resengo plans hide the Webhooks screen. If you don't see it, email Resengo support: "Please enable reservation webhooks on my account."
What gets automated
- Completed reservation becomes a contact
- No-shows and cancellations are skipped
- Review request by email or SMS, at the moment you choose
- AI drafts the reply to the review in the customer's own language
Setting up Resengo
These are exactly the steps you see in the app under Settings → Integrations.

Copy the link below.

In Resengo open Settings → Notifications → Webhooks (or ask Resengo support to open this screen for you).

Add a webhook for completed reservations and paste our link. Save.

Press Test here. Guest name, email and mobile are read automatically — you don't have to map anything.
From Resengo to a new review

Your POS, reservation system or CRM sends that customer to RecensioAI.

Review request goes out

Questions about the Resengo integration
- I don't see a Webhooks screen in Resengo.
- Some Resengo plans hide that screen. Email Resengo support: "Please enable reservation webhooks on my account." It appears after that.
- Does this work for several locations?
- Yes. Every location has its own connection link, so reviews and results stay separated per location.
- Is this integration included in my plan?
- Yes. Every integration is included in every plan, from $47 per month. There is no extra charge per integration.
- Where is the customer data stored?
- In the EU. We only receive name, email address and mobile number — enough to send one review request. Customers can opt out in one click.
